Out of work recovering from surgery :\

Hi, I'm Poppy. I need a little help to pay bills for the coming month. I've been out of work for two months recovering from surgery. I was only expecting to miss one month of work, but the doctor had to reschedule the surgery.

Then my SNAP got cut off because I received the semi-annual reporting form on the day it was due. (You know conservatives can't sleep at night if poor people don't constantly perform poverty throughout the year. And shout out to Louis DeJoy for slashing the USPS mail handling capability, I get all these forms late now.)

I'm doing everything I can to fulfill what is required of me, but a lot of this is out of my control and I experience the consequences no matter what. You know how it is.

I don't have a credit card to cover expenses, and I won't see a paycheck until mid-October. My checking account overdrafted today, and I have nothing left. My car insurance bill is coming up in a few days and if my insurance is suspended I will be really be in a pickle. If you can spare a few bucks, it will relieve a lot of stress and help me and my kitties. The pretty tabby in the photo is Baby, she and I thank you!
