Helping my sister in Christ!

Hi my name is April I'm trying to help my sister in Christ get transportation for her and her husband and her awesome 4 kids ages 5,10,14,15 i have known her over 10 years she is a wonderful young mother she had worked hard for long as I known her. And she would do anything to help Someone else in need even when she is struggling herself she has a full time job right now but the doctor told her to keep off her feet and only work 25 hours a week she has ALOT of fluids in her right foot and I know in my heart she is going to push her self trying to make a way for her family. With her wonderful work family they are taking her back and forth but she told me several times she fells like a burden to them and have to depend on them for transportation. With school coming up fast she needs something on her own. And she can drive back and forth to the doctor, school,work. Could anyone help me help her get on her feet and get a vehicle FAST! Or even have a vehicle that u could donate to this family? Please feel free to leave a number or contact info if u can do anything else
