Uvalde Deployment: Tri-State K-9 Response Team

Tri-State Canine Response Team was back home from Buffalo for mere hours when we learned of the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. The team has been requested to deploy and send certified dog/crisis counselor teams to provide services to the first responders and the community. Tri-State will be in Uvalde from May 27-June 1 with 4 dogs and 6 handlers, 3 of whom are Crisis Counselors.

 

Tri-State Canine Crisis Response Team’s Mission is provide comfort to First Responders, families, communities and individuals during times of disaster, catastrophe and violence by providing trained dog and crisis counselor teams.

 

We are an all volunteer group. Teams are deploying from Florida, Louisiana and New Jersey to Uvalde upon request. Our deployment costs are covered with fundraised monies. All donations will be put directly toward the costs associated with the Uvalde deployment. Thank you for helping to enable us to be of service.
