Aid Gaza's Displaced Family Find Sanctuary
Dear Friends, I am Mohammed Alazaiza, a Palestinian in Canada. I am reaching out to you with an urgent appeal for support to help evacuate my family from the war zone in Gaza. People are dying of starvation and disease. Gaza is facing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis that grows worse by the day, and the safety of my family is at stake. I have a small family that means the world to me, and the last time I saw them was six years ago. My father is 69 years old, and my mother is 61. I have three sisters and one brother: my brother Ahmed, who is 32 years old, and my sister Israa, who is 33 years old. They live with my parents, and they are living in a challenging situation with limited access to primary living conditions as there is no water and no food. There is also no medicine for my father, who is suffering from heart disease. The war partially destroyed my family home and the area bombed where they are living more than 30 times. I am terrified of losing them. I am scared to death for their safety because they are innocent people.
My family is struggling in Gaza with limited access to essential resources for survival. Faced with such adversity, they have no choice but to seek shelter and evacuate to safer places. Your support provides a life-changing opportunity for my family to reunite safely and begin a new life. All donations will fund my family’s travel costs to Egypt ($6,000 per person) to allow them to leave Gaza. Then, they must stay at least two months in Egypt for a Canadian visa and cover the living expenses in Egypt. After that, they need a plane ticket to travel to Canada. Any amount you can give will significantly benefit them. With your support, you save innocent lives from the dirty war in Gaza. Thank you for your help and generosity.
