Stranded in the cold

I'm trying to help my friends who are stranded in Montana with no car, money, or room. Their car broken down, was broken into and all their possessions (id's, social cards, money, everything of value) were stolen. It's the middle of a cold snap, I would like to get them put of the sun zero temps at the very least so they don't freeze in a dead vehicle. The end goal would be to get their car fixed.
