Team Oscar

Me and my best friend Katie have been looking for a way to raise money for Duchenne UK together - a charity which aims to change and save the lives of thousands of young boys and girls across the UK battling the heartbreaking disease, amongst one of these boys includes my little cousin Oscar.

A bit about Duchenne and their charity:

Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a progressive muscle-wasting disease.

As the leading DMD charity in the UK, Duchenne UK is at the forefront of advancing treatments and care for everyone affected by the disease to end its devastating impact.

Duchenne UK is going further than anyone has before, and doing it faster because this generation of people living with DMD can't wait.

Watching my family go through this is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone but they continue to show up as huge inspirations in my life, with Oscars parents continuously taking part in many challenges and fundraising events such as the yearly Duchenne Dash where they cycle from London to Paris! My family truly are strongest people I know.

So, me and Katie are doing a small bit in hopes to raise a bit of money and would greatly appreciate any donations!
