UWEC Men's Club Hockey Fundraiser

We are the UWEC Men's Hockey Club, and we are a member of the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) and the Western Collegiate Club Hockey Association (WCCHA).  We play against other schools all over the Midwest at the Division II club level. Our mission is to provide our members the opportunity to continue playing competitive hockey at the collegiate level and to give back to the Eau Claire hockey community.  

We began the 2019-2020 season with a 1-7 record in our first 8 games. Following our slow start, we have battled back to win 20 games in a row, boasting an impressive 21-7 record overall. This past weekend, our club accomplished it's goal of winning the Carla Berg Tournament, denoting the best team in the WCCHA. This is the 3rd time in the past 6 years that the club has won the tournament. More importantly, we qualified for the Central Division Regional Tournament, which will take place in Allendale, Michigan, February 28th thru March 1st.

We have made history in being the first UWEC Men's Hockey Club Team to qualify for the Regional Tournament. With that being said, we are looking for donations to support our continued success as we battle for a chance at competing in the national tournament. Your gift would go towards our ice bills prior to the tournament, travel expenses, hotel expenses, and more. Membership fees for our players are $850 for the year. As the year has progressed, our funds have slowly deteriorated.

Without your help, we won't be able to compete in the tournament. We pride ourselves in being one of the most affordable club hockey programs in the nation. We thank you for your constant support throughout the season. Our success would not be possible without your help!
