Hello!
So as most of you know Brian Allman my father in law- Zacharys father was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer a few weeks ago. This is an absolute shock to our family and friends. Brian is a very private person and is not one to ask for help but now it is in our hands to help him. He started chemotherapy last week and will continue that for about 6 months.
Brian has been a police officer for 17 years and has made a difference in so many people’s lives. As most of you know besides that he spends his Saturday’s at the race track. He was once a racer and has now given the seat to his son Zachary. He enjoys his time at the track watching his son race while spending time with his entire family. Brian is marrying the love of his life Jalyssa on June 19 and together they have a beautiful 3 year old daughter- Olivia. He also has 3 other children- Kessa, Zachary and Danielle! 3 grandchildren that love their pops very much and a brand new bundle of joy joining our family in late October.
This has been a struggle for our families watching the strongest man and person in our life struggle with this terrible illness but together as a family we will take it one step at a time. I ask that on behalf of our family to please take time to pray for us during this time. We appreciate all that everyone has done for us thus far and Katie- Jalyssa’s best friend and i agreed to create a go fund me to help alleviate some of the financial burden and stress the family may endure over these next few months. It had been hard on Brian to go to work from the side effects of chemo and all together not feeling the best- and the last thing we want and need is for him to worry about missing work. Any little bit will count and will be appreciated and on behalf of the Allman family we thank you all and thank you for the continued prayers and thoughts.
