Hi, Laura and Kim here.

We are raising money to fund a memorial in remembrance of Karen's mom that will live on a bench in Dante Park which is on 62nd Street & Columbus Ave. Karen's mom's apartment is very close to the park, and we thought it would be a beautiful location to pay tribute to her.

The $2,500 we're raising will secure a location for the plaque for 10 years. The plaque will be located on a bench in the park.

Karen loves to walk and sit and observe in parks across the city, so we thought it would be special to have a place she could visit to feel          close to her mom.

We will create a running list of all donors when we present this to her.
