My Dad (David Sweeney) was diagnosed with Schizophrenia disorder around 30 years ago. He was on Disability which made him low-income and couldn’t afford life insurance. He was taken by ambulance to Tri-star Ashland City. Where he was diagnosed with multi focal phenomenon. He was then transferred to Tri-star centennial Medical Center. He was at centennial for about 7 hours and passed suddenly. My daughter and I are devastated at the loss of her grandfather and my father. I would have never imagined when I left the hospital to collect his pajamas and essential he would pass away suddenly before I returned. I have taken care of my father for the last 14 years on my own. Everyone he has ever met will say he is the sweetest men you would ever meet. We were unprepared for this loss.
