Walk 31 miles in May

Hi, my name is Kerry and I’m raising money for Dementia UK. This is something very close to my heart as I have family who suffer with the disease and who have passed. I also work in a reconnect community at Ashlea Lodge care home which is designed to support and encourage those with dementia to live as independent a life as possible. I am trying to encourage the people in my community to do some of the steps with me and to get themselves active. Do you want to join me in making a difference?
