Please Help Me Lower My Credit Card Debt

Hello! I've had my credit card for almost a year now and it's been hard trying to keep it down. A lot of bills keep popping up and whenever I think I'm in the clear, something unexpected has to pop up! It's pretty frustrating, but everything does get taken care of even if it means I have a horrible balance.

I do have an alright paying job, but things get pretty tight (I don't even live alone) and it would mean a lot if I had one less thing to focus on paying off. I thought this year I would get a decent refund to put towards my balance, but I ended up owing for 2023. Not cool to start the year off like that.

I really don't like asking for help, in fact I've been trying to lower it on my own for the longest time. I even had a loan taken out to clear most of it, but it just went back up because of the cost of living and also my hobbies. I want to preface again that everything does get taken care of at the very least, but I would really appreciate some help.

I know 1000 won't cover the whole thing (there's another pending balance yet to be added to the total balance), but it will definitely help take out a huge weight off my shoulders.
