David's Cancer Treatment

Hi, my name is Krista and I am raising funds for my dad, David Martin. In November of 2021, my dad was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. By December, he had 18 inches of his colon removed along with a golf ball-sized tumor. Later that month, we found out that the cancer had moved into his lymph nodes and liver, which made it stage 4. Dad started aggressive chemotherapy in January of 2022 and continued on maintenance after July 2022. He will be on maintenance indefinitely.

Throughout this journey, Dad has been faithful to God and His plan for our family's future! He, with his brother and best friend, have started a ministry called The King's Forge that they use to spread the Word of God and help people through the hardships they face on their walk with Christ. We have trusted in God's plan throughout this journey.

Over the 22 months, our lives have changed drastically. But, God is still good!

I'm asking everyone who has encountered my dad or our family, if you have had the privilege to call him brother or friend, to help him now in his time of need.

As we are approaching the 2nd anniversary of a colon cancer diagnosis, we are reaching out to our community for help and prayer. Due to ongoing treatments and testing, our medical bills are becoming overwhelming. We trust that the Lord has our family in His care, but we request your help while on this journey towards healing.
