Bivens Family House Fire

As close friends to this family, we know that this time is going to be hard to navigate so we are setting up this page to help lessen the burden on this wonderful family.

Life long residents of Columbia, Alabama, the Bivens Family, lost their home and all their belongings in a devastating 100% loss house fire on 2/13/23. Unfortunately Mr. JC Bivens (Husband/Father) lost his life in the fire.

When a tragic event such as this happens it makes it nearly impossible for anyone to move forward without the help from others. Many people have asked how they can help and we believe this emergency fund for immediate use on essential items like groceries, food, housing, and clothes is the best way to support this family in this challenging time. So, we are asking for all of your help to make things a bit easier. They are going to need help getting back on their feet. No donation is too small. While we will never be able to replace what they have lost, we can show them that we all stand with them.
