My name is Hilary Elizabeth Hecht. I am the Alto section leader and assistant conductor of the Pacific Masterworks Chorus under the direction of my voice teacher James Toland. We rehearse Wednesday evenings every week, and each rehearsal is like a voice lesson where I am awarded the opportunity to practice my vocal technique in a choral setting.
Pacific Masterworks Chorus is planning to embark upon a tour of Ireland July 13-20 of 2019, and I am looking to raise money for the cost of the trip: the hotels, travel, admissions, tours, and food. The singers are responsible to pay their way, but the cost is more than I can manage with how much money I make as a singer/musician/teacher. I'm excited to be able to travel to this foreign land, uniting the world through song halfway across the globe, but I need your help in order to go!
I want to raise $3,805 by March 24th, 2019, one year from the start of my campaign. With your support, we can do it! AND anything I raise over this amount will be donated to other members of our 30+ member choir who need support.
