LASD Deputy Fighting the good fight

Hi my name is Becky, Adriana Valdez younger sister. Most of you know her as “Nana”, “Valdez”, or “life of the party”. In early January 2024 (at age 32) she was attending her 20 week pregnancy check up, she got the exciting news that she is not only pregnant with ONE boy, but TWO! Yes at 20 weeks pregnant she found out she was having identical TWIN BOYS!!. As a family in whole, we were all so excited, praising god for this miracle. We can’t wait to meet our new nephews to add to the Brady bunch that we already have.

Unfortunately two days after finding out one of the best news of her life, she then found out she has stage 3 breast cancer. To us as a family, unfortunately we know breast cancer well, since our oldest sis already went through it 8 years ago and beat it!

Now it’s Nana’s turn. As most people know, cancer can take a toll on you. ( Chemo, radiation, surgery) And to top it off she’s doing all this while 7 months pregnant with twin boys & two girls at home. (Age 6 & 2)

I wanted to start this go fund me, for anyone that wants to help in any way and doesn’t know exactly how. I ask before any donations you please pray for her, pray for those babies, pray for her healing & health. I know nana is so strong and she will overcome this.

As most of you know Nana is an LASD deputy and while many bank on that OT (IYKYK) unfortunately she won’t be able to work while going through this year long treatment. And with two girls, twins on the way, battling cancer, plus daily needs, the funds will cover any and all medical cost and everyday expenses.

The twins will also be born early due to being identical twins & battling this cancer. The funds will also cover any medical expenses that comes with delivering twins early. (Hoping to make it to at least 32-36 weeks)
