A Father Who Cares
Donation protected
On March 24th, my entire world changed forever due to COVID-19. Like so many families around the world, I learned that my father—the best man in the world being rushed to the hospital had contracted the Coronavirus and was admitted to ICU. Many of you saw my post a few weeks ago about the pure miracle of his life and the ultimate healing & mercy bestowed upon him by God. We recognize that his situation could have gone the opposite direction and we are forever grateful for God’s grace on his life. After spending more than 72 days in the hospital my dad is now home resting. However, his recovery is not easy and it has been excruciating to watch him deal with the pain and damage the virus has done to his body. Now more than ever he needs his family and friends to help support him along on this journey to full recovery.
The challenge is that our family is now facing is the mountain of hospital bills and expenses that health insurance that doesn’t quite cover all that is needed to provide the care he needs now that he is home. If anyone knows me I’ve jumped through all the hoops and hurdles to provide for my family but I cannot do it alone. That’s why I decided to be vulnerable and ask for help from those whom I know and care about me. Whatever you decide to donate towards my Dad’s care will be used to ensure he has a roof over his head, nutritious food, and to purchase all of the medical equipment, prescriptions, and supplies that he needs.
If you cannot support this effort please just pray for my family and the peace that only God can bring. I thank you for all you do.
I will be withdrawing the funds on behalf of my Dad. Considering, I’ll be in Salisbury with him I can personally be sure to ensure he gets these funds. So far, we’ve been able to purchase medical equipment, furniture, pay bills, and buy nutritious food for him to eat....all thanks to your support.
