Paulo Vitor is a lovely baby, the son of Sandra Pantaleão and Vitor Resende. Paulo Vitor has a rare congenital problem: BILATERAL FIBULAR HEMIMELIA. He lives in Brazil and needs a treatment only available in the U.S, to be able to walk. Help us to give Paulo Vitor a chance to walk and have a happy life!!
