Hi, my name is Michelle Fuentes and I am humbly asking friends and family for your support on behalf of Martha Tijerina and family. As many know Martha has been currently placed on hospice due to her medical condition Pulmonary Hypertension. This is very heartbreaking news to her family and friends who all love her and have followed her throughout her fight with Lupus, Cancer and Pulmonary Hypertension. Although on hospice a lot of her needs are not being met to keep her comfortable. I’m asking that you find it in your hearts to bless her and her family with any amount of donation in their time of need. Her husband hasn’t left her side and is unable to work at this time due to being with his loving wife through every step of her end of life care. No amount is to small. Anything god puts in your heart to give will certainty bless this family. Martha is an amazing, loving and strong woman with a lot of faith in our good Lord. She amazes me everyday with her fight through it all. Blessings to all and thank you for your love and support. May God Bless you and please continued prayers for her and her family.
