Keep me alive

I'm not very good at asking for help, but I don't have any other options

I've been living in a room in a house with literal holes in the floors, no working kitchen and it's 15 miles from civilization. I just paid a security deposit for a small apartment so I could finally leave, but I was suddenly hospitalized for a heart attack caused by a nervous system disorder I developed due to the abuse of an ex. This put me out of work for over 2 weeks and my job either fired me or severely cut my hours with minimal communication. either way they won't let me work so my income is gone. (Update: I’ve been applying for jobs and was supposed to go back to work yesterday which was delayed and instead they fired me permanently after telling me I could come back for three weeks)

My car, insurance,rent and tax payment are all due by the 15th, and without some help I'll be carless, stranded, hungry and deal with massive legal repercussions.

I know it's a lot to ask for, and I appreciate you even reading this
