Build a Masjid in Bangladesh

Assalamu alaikum my muslim brothers, sisters & others, I am raising money to build a Masjid in my village in Bangladesh which my Late father left plans for and which my uncle is now overseeing the continuing  build.

 

Within my family, we have raised almost £20k amongst us and now we need your help for the final push! So please, donate all you can as each and every penny makes a difference.

 

The prophet (saw) has said: “The shade of the believer on the Day of Resurrection is his charity.”

 

The masjid in this area of Bangladesh is quite old and antiqued. Below is a picture of how the masjid used to look and its progress as well as the intention of what it will be insh’aa’Allah (respectively). Our goal, using the money raised will be to replace this and build a new one to accommodate all forms of worship and islamic education for young children.

 

Contributing to this is a source of sadaqah jariyah and anything will help. Even when you have passed away, every salah done in the masjid, every piece of knowledge gained from the students and what is taught, you will be gaining abundantly in this. “When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them.

 

One of the greatest things that we can do is help to build the house of Allah (swt) please do contribute, Jazak’Allah khair.

 

May Allah allow this to be a source of goodness infinitely for you, And be a source of intercession for you on the day of judgement.
