In Gedenken an Andreas Wohltorf

Zusammen mit ganz Football-Deutschland und Europa betrauern wir den plötzlichen und unerwarteten Tod von Andreas Wohltorf. Andreas war weit mehr als nur Game Observer, Equipment Manager und Teil aller Championship Game-Fieldcrews. Er war ein Teil unserer Europäischen Football Familie. Wir werden sein Andenken bewahren und uns in seinem Sinne weiter engagiert für die Entwicklung des American Footballs in Europa einsetzen. Mit seiner immer freundlichen, herzlichen, hilfsbereiten Art und seinem ansteckenden Lächeln bereicherte er seit Tag Eins die European League of Football.

Mit diesem Aufruf möchten wir Andreas Familie unterstützen und uns bei Andreas bedanken. Es geht darum, zusammenzukommen und die Kosten für die Überführung und eine ihm ehrende Beerdigung zu ermöglichen. (English below)

Together with the whole of Football Germany and Europe, we mourn the sudden and unexpected death of Andreas Wohltorf. Andreas was much more than just a game observer, equipment manager and part of all Championship Game field crews. He was a part of our European football family. We will cherish his memory and continue to work in his spirit for the development of American football in Europe. He enriched the European League of Football from day one with his always friendly, warm and helpful manner and his infectious smile.

With this fundraiser we would like to support Andreas' family and say thank you to Andreas. The aim is to come together and cover the costs of his repatriation and a funeral in his honor.
