The Spangler Family

My name is Autumn, I am creating this for a life long family friend. Jason Spangler is the father of 5 beautiful children ages between 3 and 14 years old. The hospital sent him home with hospice due to kidney and liver failure. Jason is a proud and loving father and the sole provider for his family.  Due to the current condition of his health he has been unable to work.  Jason's family is in a very strong need of support and not to mention the rising medical bills and other expenses that will come along as they go through this very difficult time. They have a long and hard road ahead.  Anything anyone is willing to donate will be greatly appreciated and will be going to a family that truly needs help at this time.  Many people have contacted wanting to donate so I set this account up so it can be assured that this is going to help a family.
