an Italian Caffè with Neighborhood Roots

For years, Josh, Jeff and Anthony have been working separately towards a common goal. To open a restaurant where simplicity and integrity are the core values of daily service. We feed people because we respect, admire and praise them; as such they deserve a meal which is equally respectable, admirable, praiseworthy. We aim to create a space that is for everyone, somewhere you feel welcome, somewhere timeless.

We are very excited to announce the realization of this dream as "Campione"- an Italian caffè located in the heart of downtown Livingston, Montana.

Campione is Italian for "Champion", and it is our intention for this restaurant to champion our home town, its local growers and producers, and lead the way in the Livingston food scene for years to come.

As members of this community, we are designing a space for our neighbors, friends and families to come together. We aim to become a cultural destination for members of our industry as well as the growing Bozeman population and four-million annual visitors to Yellowstone National Park.

We will serve lunch and dinner, offering a fixed menu of hot and cold sandwiches,  fresh salads, pizza and other traditional Italian staples. A variety of daily specials utilizing seasonal ingredients will keep our menu fresh and exciting to all of our customers. House made and locally produced grocery items as well as simple grab-and-go food for those in a hurry will fill a much needed niche in our community.  Our focus on a more "hand-held" Italian concept will translate equally well to dining in at one of our comfortable tables as it will to carrying-out onto the romantic streets of downtown Livingston.

We are well on our way to achieving our goal. . .
We purchased the perfect business with our own money and took over the leased space on December first. We are using the equipment we now own to secure a bank loan, and we are  working with our contractor on a plan to restore the historic space and build it out for the restaurant.  We work daily, scrubbing the kitchen, painting, testing recipes and planning for our expected spring 2020 opening.
