Meet Shante Saulsberry:

Shante Saulsberry, the founder, and Executive Director of Janice's Women's Center is a beacon of strength and resilience. Having faced domestic violence, herself at just seventeen years old, she knows firsthand the challenges and obstacles survivor's encounter. Shante's personal journey from victim to survivor drives her passion for helping others break free from the grip of abuse. With unwavering determination, Shante has devoted her life to bringing about change in Arizona's domestic violence landscape.

Our Mission:

At Janice's Women's Center, we believe in providing more than just shelter. We aim to create a comprehensive space that offers a range of wrap-around services including counseling, legal assistance, job training, childcare, and educational opportunities. By addressing the multi-faceted needs of survivors, we empower them to rebuild their lives with confidence and dignity.
