Mickley Family Fund

Carmen and Ron Mickley are the parents of Salem. Salem is an adorable little boy with Apert Syndrome who is medically needy. We met the Mickley family through our homeschool co-op and have known and become friends with them over the past couple years.

Today while at work Ron was crossing the street and was hit by a car. When he was ambulanced to the hospital he was found to have a concussion and bleeding around the brain as well as a fractured knee and ribs. Once Ron was brought to the hospital he underwent an emergency craniotomy to drain the blood from around his brain. Preceeding this accident Ron had just suffered a second heart attack this past weekend after having a massive heart attack and triple bypass surgery last Christmas.

Ron is their families only source of income. Since Ron will be out of work recovering for sometime, Carmen will need our help with gas, food, hospital parking, nursing for Salem and help with bills.
