Vaisnava Seva for Sri Ananta Vasudeva Babaji

The following is a request by Srila Bhakti Bibudha Bodhayana to serve a very great vaisnava, Sri Aanata Vasudeva Babaji , of Sri Gopinath Gaudiya Mathawho recently had a cerebral stroke and he is now in ICU of the Rama Krishna Mission Hospital.
"We know from the scriptures that vaishnavas are very dear to Sri Krishna. Serving the vaishnavas is equivalent to serving Sri Krishna. For this reason, my spiritual master, HDG Srila Bhakti Pramode Puri Goswami Thakur, was very mindful of vaishnava seva in his temple, and would inspire his followers to render as much service to the vaishnavas as possible. I heard from Srila Bhakti Vijnana Bharati Goswami Maharaj that in 1955, when Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Goswami Prabhupada was still a householder devotee (by the name of Abhay Charanaravinda Das Adhikary prabhu), he was suffering from tuberculosis (TB). TB is infectious and at that time, there was no proper treatment for this infection and as a result, his family members did not want him to stay at home with this condition. As soon as this news reached HDG Srila Bhakti Dayita Madhava Goswami Maharaj (the founder acharya of Sri Chaitanya Gaudiya Math), he ordered his disciples to bring his godbrother to their temple (Sri Chaitanya Gaudiya Math temple in Kolkata on Rasabihari Avenue). Srila Madhava Goswami Maharaj’s disciples voiced their concern by explaining to Maharaj that the treatment would cost 75-100Rs per day. Srila Maharaj replied, “‘I will beg door to door for the service of my godbrother. That will make our Guru Parampara happy.” We should endeavour to please our Guru Parampara with every activity that we do. The Supreme Lord says, “mad-bhakta-pūjābhyadhikā” – Worship of My devotees is more beneficial than My worship.
I am saddened to report that one of our elderly devotees, Srila Ananta Das Babaji Maharaj from our Vrindavan temple suffered a cerebral stroke three days ago. The doctors at the Ramkrishna Mission hospital in Vrindavan have placed Srila Babaji Maharaj in ICU where the daily charge to keep Srila Babaji Maharaj there is Rs 8000. Srila Babaji Maharaj used to chant 128 rounds every day. In order to serve Srila Ananta Das Babaji Maharaj, I am begging from you all to please support Srila Babaji Maharaj the best you can, both financially and through your prayers for his quick recovery."
