Support Val Rodriguez After Harvey

We have all been glued to the TV recently watching the devastation that has ripped through the coast of Texas, especially parts of Texas that we hold near and dear to our hearts. We have watched our fellow man come together in this time or need and even helped out in any way we can. Most of us walked away from Harvey unscathed, some of us were less fortunate. Val and Leo Rodriguez were among the people that Harvey showed little mercy on. Val's home in a subdivision of Houston called Bear Creek was completely submerged under water durning Harvey with little that actually survived the flood. The water came so high that little to nothing is salvageable in her home and all that Val owns is now in the back of her car. The initial estimate is a total home loss due to the water being so high. Leo's school and aftercare programs are also underwater. It is very hard for a little boy to understand why he cannot go home. Val is the kind of person who never asks for anything from anyone and would never have set this up on her own. As I, along with other friends realized all the love and prayers could not assist Val's monetary needs of a place to live we decided to prepare a gofundme page.
