Valencia Park Community Improvements

The community of Valencia Park is looking to raise money to improve our community through the renovation and preservation of our "Secret Stairs." We are in the process of creating a non-profit - 501(c)(3) - and learning how to find grant money. We rejuvenated our community council 1 month ago because of the need to improve our SENSE OF COMMUNITY and we have hit the ground running. We have been blessed to receive so much support from our residents and we are working hard to spread the word of what we are doing. We are supported by the non-profit organization, Ecological Servants Project, who run a weekly clean-up specifically in our community. We have clean 1/4 of our community in only 1 month. We have installed 5 Little Libraries through the kindness of our community residents, each sponsoring a library. We are now in process to raise money for our first community mural, which will be part of improving and preserving the landmark of our Valencia Park Secret Stairs.  We have big plans in the coming years and need help and support to get us off the ground, get us recognized, and help us improve the community for the members who live here now.
