Valley Brook Peace & Justice Initiative

This story continues to evolve so please check frequently for the latest updates. This emergency fund was established because the crime-plagued neighborhood of Valley Brook Estates deserves better enforcement. Chief Mirtha Ramos is reticent about the department's incapacity to address chronic procedural misadministration and claims that involve the mentally ill. Your support will help defend rights, promote police reform, replace corrupt officials and aid the victims of this conflict.

What happens when scammers move into the neighborhood and decide they don't want you there? They call the cops on an innocent man for no reason and he gets reported on fraudulent charges with absolutely NO PROOF!!!

These liars told county officers that someone was pursuing them, making prank calls to 911 and engaging in loitering, intimidation and surveillance. When officers arrived they found their victim at home caring for the elderly.

After fumbling multiple lies in reports to police and repeatedly disparaging this individual they wasted everyone's time, money and resources to falsely discredit one man's name. He was harassed for over two years preventing him from participating in the community and the athletic league at the neighborhood church.

This man has lost wages, clients and both social and recreational opportunities as a result of these senseless actions. His family was forced to spend unnecessary fees and legal expenses. And while they have secured legal counsel, funds are needed to help address this travesty.

Update (1)
There is gratitude for the contributions that are making this fundraiser a success. Participation in Valley Brook Estates resumed after a 12 month lapse while this man fought for his rights. Attorney Kenneth Rosskopf spoke of the incapacity of authorities to respond to the mentally ill and reminded how the laws of Georgia often protect those who obstruct it. This year as complex events accompanied a global public health emergency, we saw too many individuals harmed when justice was misapplied. Donations to the fundraiser will help cover remaining debts and promote athletic programs in the neighborhood. Special thanks go to Dave for inspiration, donors in greater Valley Brook, Kimberly, Matthew and Scott for legal direction, and Adam and Brigid at GoFundMe for helping us not miss a beat. Now you can share this fundraising page to help spread the word.
