We are all heartbroken at the news of Van's passing. He was a musician, a friend, a hero, a legend. I am Van's cousin and am assisting in planning two memorial services in both San Diego and Massachusetts so that all of his friends, family members, and followers can celebrate his amazing contributions to this world. His music, energy, and spirit will forever live on. For all of you that know, he is a firefly. His last show played was to benefit mental health awareness. Please contribute what you can.
