Van Ryssenghem family

Hi my name is Leo Rivera. My dear friend Eric Van Ryssenghem passed away suddenly last week, he was 49 years old. Sadly, Eric was encountering some medical issues and unexpectedly passed away.

The whole situation is very tragic. Unfortunately, Eric didn’t have any medical or funeral insurance. Eric’s mum lives here but she is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s, she only receives a pension, she is his only immediate family in Australia at the moment. His 11 year old son Marcelo, had travelled to Sweden, with his mum, to be with his maternal grandmother who is suffering from terminal cancer.

Marcelo desperately wishes to return to say goodbye to his dad.

My family and a group of friends are helping towards what is needed, which is a humble funeral for our mate Eric and for his son to be able to return to Australia.
