Vander's TPLO Surgery; help him walk again

Vander, my 10-year-old rescue Pittie who I've had since May 2016, my oldest and first baby, injured a hind leg yesterday morning getting off of my back porch. The step is small, so I'm unsure of how exactly it happened, but he yelped and immediately stopped putting weight on it. At times, he is dragging his foot.

We had a vet appointment this morning where the vet told me that he had torn a ligament in his knee and the best thing for a dog at his age and size is TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) surgery, which will be between $4,100-$4,400, not including medication or any follow-up visits.

Everything donated will be going straight toward Vander's surgery and is more appreciated than I can express with words.
