Our baby Vanessa Mendoza, 17,was involved in the car accident that happened on Thanksgiving Day at the intersection of Odelia and Broadway. She is currently in critical condition fighting for her life. Her arms, legs, ribs, spine , and neck bone are broken. She also has severe head injuries which caused the formation of blood clots, and damage to her brain. This is a very difficult time for our family in everyway possible. Vanessa is a very happy and good hearted teenager. She is a cheerleader at Albuquerque Highschool, and loves children and animals. We sit here waiting anxiously for her to pull through this and we ask for everyone to keep her in your prayers. Our condolences go out to the family of the young man that passed away in the accident.
