Varanasi David Kriney end of life expenses

my loving and wonderful papa bear has passed on. Varanasi, as he was known, graced this world with huge laughter, a sense of relentless dedication/service to whom and what he loved and an eclectic flavor that will resonate with everyone he ever knew.

Originally from NJ, he retired to FL and was a member of the Kashi Ashram community in Sebastian for the past 20+ years and was lovingly consumed with the legacy and teachings of his spiritual Guru, Ma Jaya.

of course, the passing of a parent can never be easy, and this is my first round, but to put it bluntly, the timing in my personal life could not have been worse for me to have to manage this situation, and sadly papa didn't quite prepare financially/organizationally for this either. i am his only child, and only immediate family member/next of kin.

That being said I was instantly faced with emergency travel plans to Florida, cancellation of several weeks of work with the business I own, a massive cleanup effort including dumpster rental/materials/etc, cremation fees, and more to come (or that I am forgetting) I am sure.

I am hoping that friends/loved ones of my father and I can help me through the financial woes I am suddenly stressed/faced with. I am well aware that economic hardship is facing many at the moment, but ANY amount of assistance in my direction is MASSIVELY appreciated and will help me to offset the complicated financial logistics of this process.

At the time of the creation of this GoFundMe, there is no date set yet for the scattering of his Ashes at Kashi...that will be announced via Kashi at a later date.
