Vawnda & Matt Thill Medical Emergency Fund
Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and community:
My name is Bailee. My sister, Molly and I want to reach out desperately for some help with a family emergency.
Life is fragile and can take unexpected turns and right now, our family is facing a crisis that we never saw coming. Our beloved parents, Vawnda and Matt, who have dedicated their lives to serving others, are in the midst of a medical emergency that has shaken our world.
Our mom, Vawnda, a compassionate soul working tirelessly in special education, has been struck by sudden and severe liver failure, leaving our family grappling with the harsh reality of the urgent need for a liver transplant. To add to the complexity, both of our parents, despite being non-smokers, are battling existing and expensive health issues - Vawnda with COPD and Matt with an autoimmune disease of the lungs.
Vawnda and Matt are not just our parents, they are community friends. Our dad serves at the sheriffs office, dedicating his days to ensuring the safety and well-being of our community. Meanwhile, our mom has touched countless lives every day through an in-home community daycare for 20 years and currently working with special education, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of students and families.
As they navigate this challenging journey, we are reaching out to our community, friends and extended family for support. The financial burden of their existing medical treatments, ongoing care, and the imminent need for a liver transplant is overwhelming. Your generous contribution can make a significant difference in not only saving their lives but also easing the burden that this crisis has placed upon our family.
We are grateful for any support you can provide, whether it's a donation, a share, or even words of encouragement. Anything helps. Together, let's rally around Vawnda and Matt and show them the strength of the community they have so faithfully served.
Thank you for being a beacon of hope in our darkest hour.
With heartfelt gratitude,
The Thill Family
Please feel free to reach out directly to Molly or me if you have any questions or would like to know how you can help directly. So much love.
