Support Zaeem on his Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On the afternoon of September 14th, 2023, Zaeem Johnson, a remarkable and kind-hearted young man, had his life turned upside down. While riding his bike around his neighborhood, Zaeem was struck by a car traveling in the bike lane, leaving him with severe brain injuries.
Zaeem had a life-saving craniectomy as well as surgery to remove bone fragments that penetrated his brain due to the severity of the trauma. This has left him in a coma and fighting for his life.
Prior to his accident, Zaeem was developing a passion for theater. It all started when he took an improv class through the Arts program at Pace Academy. Zaeem was part of the ensemble at the Harker School's production of "The Addams Family" musical. Additionally, he played Dumbledore in the middle school performance of "Harry Potter Puffs." Most recently, Zaeem took on the iconic role of Romeo in a whimsical adaptation of "Romeo and Juliet," giving it a Dr. Seuss-inspired twist.
We are reaching out to you, his friends, family, and supporters, to join us in helping Zaeem on his road to recovery and to continue pursuing his dreams in the world of theater.
Every donation, no matter the size, brings him one step closer to healing and returning to the stage. Together, let's rally around this extraordinary young man, Zaeem Johnson, and show him that his passion for the arts and his immense kindness have touched our hearts. Your support will make all the difference in his journey to recovery.
Thank you for standing with Zaeem during this challenging time.
