Surgery for Obi & Recovery

Our beloved family dog Obi had emergency spinal surgery Tuesday evening and now is at the Maine Veterinary Medical Center recovering. Kyla, Jenna, and I are reaching out to family and friends to help defray a bit of the cost. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
Initial note from Tuesday, Dec 7:
Last night Obi seemed healthy and happy. After being let back inside later something was wrong and he couldn't walk on his back legs, the most likely scenario was that he slipped/tripped down the back porch steps but we aren't sure. He spent the night at the animal hospital.

He’s going to need spinal surgery today and it will be a big bill. $10K+. Kyla, Jenna, and I are reaching out to family and friends to help defray a bit of the cost.
7pm Update… MRI now surgery. Seems to be the worst case scenario. He may never fully recover but we are holding onto hope that he can push through. Waiting for the results at 7PM. Thank you all for the help and support.
