Our family is asking for donations to help lay our loved one to rest. Arthur Jess Medina leaves behind 5 loving children, his mother and 4 brothers and 5 sisters. To know him was to love him. Arthur was a character, no matter what life brought his way he always knew how to keep himself and those around him smiling and laughing. This tragic death has left our family devastated.
