Michael grew up in St. Louis City where he attended Parkway School District. Michael road just about a hour on the bus everyday to school where he would make beats, sing, rap, laugh, and entertain the entire bus. In his academics Michael soared in Math and the fine arts, he was very talented and intelligent. Within his community everyone knew him because everywhere he went he spread GOD's love through music, prayer, and comedy. 

Michael loved Thanksgiving not just for the food but for the presence of his family. Michael was blessed to have one amazing, beautiful, talented, daughter  Kayla.  Kayla is mourning the loss of her father and is taking each day step by step. 

Michael leaves behind countless nieces and nephews whom he loved like his own children, brothers and sisters who love and miss him with every breath they take, and a mother Betty Rhodes who is stronger than life itself but is deeply broken by the loss of her baby boy. 

Michael loved life and he lived in a spirit of Gratitude-Praise-Worship for everything! He would say "To God BE The Glory Fo sho', Fo reals man"

Please help our family as we mourn the precious life of our beloved Michael Rhodes. 
The expenses are well beyond what we can do as a family and we are asking our extended family, friends and community to help us to bury Michael. Please find it in you hearts to give thank you all and GOD BLESS!
