Small Business Owner

Paws and the City used to be a place where pet owners in our community can trust to come for services such as grooming, pet sitting, boarding and dog walking. We provided all the essentials a pet owner would need in the big city. Unfortunately, as a small Black owned business, PATC was impacted terribly by COVID-19. Like many other businesses we’ve had to close our doors for the safety of our customers, employees, and furry friends. We’re now reaching out to our community to avoid closing them for good.


Since we are unable to perform pet grooming or any of the other services we provide and haven’t been able to receive assistance from the government after applying for an SBA loan, we cannot maintain our business any longer.

Raising these funds will help us to keep PATC running online and continue to provide our community with services that won’t require a brick and mortar.
