Vehicle repair for our daughters appointments

Hi, my name is Kayleen I'm trying to repair our vehicles suspension so that it's safe to drive. Due to our daughter having many downstate appointments we have to travel a lot. Our car isn't safe right now. She has to go to Helen Devos many times a year for scoliosis treatment, a brain malformation, seizures and bone anomalies in her hands and arms. Any help would be appreciated.
