Hi, My name is Brittany Neeley. My husband Jordan Neeley and I have been trying for 3 years to conceive and on October 25th 2023 we finally had a positive pregnancy test. We were over the moon excited our sweet baby was due on June 25th 2024. We waited naturally until December 20th 2023 to announce to the world that we were expecting. On New Year’s Eve my Husband, son, family and friends gathered to celebrated with finding out the gender of our baby. We were so excited to finally know that we were expecting a sweet baby girl! However, 2 short days later we were in the ER where we unfortunately had a miscarriage. Our precious angel was no longer with us. We were able to hold our sweet baby for a little while before we had to transfer to another hospital to receive the treatment that I needed.
I couldn’t allow my baby to be disposed of at the hospital, she was already loved so very much we are planning to either have a burial or cremation luckily the funeral home that we are working with doesn’t charge for infants. It’s not likely that she is big enough for cremation so it seems that we will have to go with a burial in which case we will have to pay for a plot. I myself will not be able to return to work until after 1/17, that’s if the doctor releases me, and my husband has been out with me the last two days. I’m not sure if he will go back to work this week due to grieving. Unfortunately, we were not yet ready for me to miss this much work especially right after Christmas. Normally, I don’t like to ask for help but now in this time of grieving I am asking for any help that you can give.
