Verizon Cell Phone Tower Local Counsel Funding

The Verizon vs. Southwick cell tower case is still in federal court. The judge has agreed to Attorney Campanelli submitting an amicus brief by July 17th on behalf of the residential community citing our final stance in the case.

We need an additional $1,800.00 to fund local counsel submissions in this case on behalf of Campanelli.

A hearing will be held at the Hampden County Courthouse on August 29th.
