Very sick cat needs hospitalization

Our cat Buttons is ill and may need surgery. Unfortunately, we can't afford what emergency pet hospitals would cost in order to save her life, especially with a baby on the way. She's been vomiting a lot lately and hasn't been eating or drinking anything. We took her to the vet twice with some speculation as to what it might be, but there was no definitive diagnosis for her. So far, we've tried feeding her through a syringe, but the liquids aren't staying down. We also did subcutaneous fluid administration, anti-vomiting pills, a phosphorus binder, and an appetite simulatant, but they don't seem to be working.

We took her for a second opinion based on some recommendations given (a local affordable clinic), and we were told that she would need hospitalization in order to treat her for her to be better. After getting an xray, blood work and other testing done her hospital stay would include removing liquid from her stomach due to chronic inflammation, rehydration, an ultrasound as needed, possible surgery is a foreign object is the cause of her illness. At this time, we won't know more until the result from the radiologist comes back.
