Vet Bill for Sparrow

My son’s cat, Sparrow, is very sick. They think he has something called Hepatic Lipidosis. He has not been eating, he has an IV, and they may need to do a biopsy of the liver.  He’s only 9 years old, so he should have several more years to live. The minimum estimate from the vet was $3000, which will probably be much more at this point.  My son is currently unemployed due to the pandemic, so this comes at a very difficult time.
