Vet Bills for Remi

I'm Elizabeth and my sweet 5 month old puppy (Remi) jumped off the back of the couch and broke both of his front legs. Each leg is broken in two places and the bones are displaced. Because the breaks are so bad the emergency orthopedic vet is not able to cast either leg so he will need surgery to insert metal plates along with follow up care (every week for 6-8 weeks) and several days in the critical care unit being monitored.
