Vet cost due to a hit and run

hi my name is Madison I’m from west Springfield and today was an unfortunate event in my life my dog was out playing and a car did a hit and run and left her in the middle of the road stranded . I immediately went to get her she couldn’t move she broke her legs and has very bad head contusion . She was rushed to west Springfield animal hospital where they told me the amount I had to pay and cannot afford I don’t wanna lose my baby . my heart . My everything anything can help me please
