Vet/ permits/travel for Athena

Ok y’all need help here! Honeymoon is going great but we found this little guy I have been feeding every morning and he has a terrible eye infection in both eyes so he desperately needs medical attention. I have been doing salt water compressions and A few days ago I found a rescue here and they are sending me meds but ideally he needs a vet. None of the animals here are spayed or neutered and are treated horribly so the plan is to get this girl back to the US( hopefully when we leave Friday) .... I really need money for Vet care, permits and air transport to Chicago. Sandals says these aren’t their cats so unfortunately isn’t willing to help but they did say anyone can take the cats. Hoping in the near future can work with The Animals house of Jamaica and Mag mutts to bring these cats over but really just want to get this girl the care she needs.
