Vet Visit for Lizard Lump

This is Jade, and she has a lump by her right ear that developed seemingly overnight. I'm struggling to get some spare funds for her to see the vet. She's a really sweet gecko whom I've bonded with, she's comfortable in her 60+ gallon (modified, exact dimensions unknown offhand) bioactive tank and her day-to-day needs are taken care of; so I really don't want to give her up, and I don't know of anyone or any places near me I can trust to care for her.

My guess is it's an abcess from a scratch or a bad tooth or an ear infection or something; but it doesn't matter what *I* think it is if I can't get her to the vet.
